LOWER        Convert string to lower case

This script command is used to convert letters to lower case.

This example shows two string conversions, first to lower case and then to upper case:

SET word = "Hello"

;; word is now "Hello"

LOWER word

;; word is now "hello"

UPPER word

;; word is now "HELLO"
